Safety first
Safety
Domster helps people find and contact each other. Because the work and payment are direct, careful checks by both sides remain essential.
City first
Do not put an address, entry code or coordinates in a profile or description. Share the exact place privately only after checking the other person.
Check the person
Compare the name, contact, ratings and references. For regulated work, request a valid licence and insurance.
Write down the agreement
Before starting, confirm scope, materials, price, deadline, invoice, warranty and responsibility for damage.
Pay carefully
Domster does not process payments for the work. Do not pay a large sum upfront to an unknown person, and always ask for a receipt.
Understand the checkmark
Simulated checks are labelled for testing and do not verify a person or company. Even a genuine check is not a guarantee of quality, licensing, insurance or future safety.
Stop when pressured
Unusual urgency, cryptocurrency requests, sudden price changes or pressure to leave a safe channel are warning signs.
